Greenway 2025: Accelerating Changes

Veolia Hong Kong & Macau has participated in Greenway 2025: Accelerating Changes, a flagship forum co-organised by the European Union Office to Hong Kong and Macao and the The European Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong.
This inspiring event brought together key themes driving Hong Kong towards sustainability. From green mobility and green finance to circular economy and green cities, top leaders from both local and EU authorities—including The Hon. John KC Lee, Chief Executive of the HKSAR; Ambassador Harvey Rouse, EU Ambassador to Hong Kong & Macao; Mr Tse Chin-wan, Secretary for Environment and Ecology; Mr Joseph HL Chan, Under Secretary for Financial Services and the Treasury—as well as other government officials, forward-looking industry leaders, and diverse stakeholders—were united for knowledge sharing and discussions on balancing development with sustainability.
Our Chief Operating Officer, Norman Cheng, was privileged to join one of the panels focusing on Circular Economy and Green City, where he shared Veolia’s dedication and expertise in advancing local sustainable development through our cutting-edge waste management technology and innovations.
It was a valuable opportunity to engage with esteemed industry leaders and stakeholders, and to contribute to meaningful discussions on driving the circular economy for greener cities.
