Recently, Veolia proudly supported the Business Environment Council's delegation to France, where our Group has cultivated roots for more than 170 years.
Our COO Norman Cheng and Technical and Performance Director Christophe B joined the inspiring trip to the world-leading sustainable cities, Paris, to explore the advanced green infrastructure and innovative sustainable solutions there.
An important highlight of the trip came during the site visit to two of Veolia France state-of-the-art facilities, including the Monthyon waste-to-energy plant and the Méry-sur-Oise drinking water production plant. The former offers comprehensive waste management solutions, including waste sorting, recycling, and energy production from municipal waste; the latter is one of the largest drinking water production facilities in Île-de-France, where Veolia has incorporated our latest technology to provide the best drinking water.
